Mold. A Four Letter Word and Cofactor to Consider with Chronic Illness (and Wellness / Prevention, Too!)

What Are Your Experiences with Headache?
My father had chronic headaches and my mother never had a headache. I was like my mom for the first half of my life and then about the age of 30 I started having what I thought was a sinus headache as it was on one side but I wasn't disabled by it. So that started my multi-year problem with migraines. The medications back then had side effects that I didn't like, so I went for years just not treating them. read more »

Mardy's Thoughts: I feel this video explains so much about many illnesses and chronic health conditions such as headache, sinusitis (sinus congestion), dermatology problems such as rash and eczema, chemical sensitivity, allergies, and autoimmune system dysfunction. Video Download
If you purchase a video download, you will receive a high-quality video of the seminar which can be played directly on your computer. The video is provided in three formats: MPEG-4 (.mp4 file), Apple QuickTime (.mov file), and Windows Media Player (.wmv file). If you do not have a program on your computer that automatically plays media files, you will need to download one of the following:

DVD
If you order a DVD, you will receive a packet including the DVD disc, presentation slides, and related documents. The entire content is three-hole punched so you can place it in a binder and start your collection! It is our goal to have DVDs to you very rapidly, but they are a special order item so timelines vary.
