Lumigrate's overall goal is to to provide valid, progressive, streamlined and FUN information about 'integrative medicine' and to provide leads to other information if people want to study more in depth. Since our launch in early 2009 with videos which pertain to fibromyalgia, the Forums have evolved to amass a bewildering amount of information. So this is the 'starting point' or 'bullseye' to come back to, refer others, etc.

Dr. Spurlock recently opened a new clinic in Dallas, TX, Health Rejuvenation Specialists, where he has specialized with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue with a long-term study within 'anti-aging' and has kindly agreed to interact with the Lumigrate fibromyalgia forum here. Here's the place to read about others' journey with fibromyglia (theirs or a family or friends'), and for you to write yours. Writing can allow you to focus more on the present and future, leaving the past in a place you can direct people to if they want to read about it. This can be helpful to body, mind, spirit healing and going forward.
