I thought I'd go ahead and post this here and hope that Ann Garrity or someone will start a new Topic about Organic Diva and contribute in this section for others to learn and potentially be helped in a streamlined way to buy if they so choose. ..... Thanks! Be Purty Outside and In! (and healthy!) ~~ Mardy read more »

That's a wonderful Tip and would really help Lumigrate grow if people would do what you suggest. So the 5 Easy Steps are: read more »

Greetings everyone,
My name is Adam Cochran. I helped Mardy Ross get the fire going with Lumigrate.com several years ago. I have finally decided to join the group. It is funny that I am so involved in this project because I am not in the medical industry, I am overweight and I eat horribly.
So, why am I here and why do I believe in this project so much? read more »

Fibro Awareness Day is in May and last year that fell about a month after Lumigrate launched. It was an exciting day for us because of facebook! It has been my observation that many people are out there looking for information and somehow missing the good resources that are on the Internet. People had spent tons of time online and hadn't heard of some of the basic information that could have really helped them. So I want to start providing solutions about that, and offer Lumigrate as a place for people "active" in the fibromyalgia community to come and read more »
Lumigrate now has two fan pages, "Lumigrate" and "Lumigrate: Fibromyalgia". (And currently is wanting everyone following us to be in one or both of those groups as the Lumgrate Webucation presence is actually a 'personal page' that was inadvertently set up in 2009, with a "Group" that is "Lumigrate.com"). We've utilized that to messenge people who are following us when there is something important going on, and realize that many many other service organizations and businesses did this same thing in 2009 so it mig read more »

If you're on facebook, you might just have more experience than someone else AND you might have a question. So I set up this area for YOU (and me) to come and share. We all have something in common: we want to have people get health information they are seeking. Lumigrate's foundation is 'progressive, streamlined, valid, FUN', and that combined with effective marketing should translate into growth in numbers and efficacy. Remember, anyone can start a new "Topic" in the forum areas. Hitting the Print buttons avail read more »
Some People ...
One of the unique things about Lumigrate is that I've worked in the health care arena since the mid-90s and have also found my way through some health challenges since about the same time. That combination changed the dynamic of how I treated patients (I understood where they were 'at'), and therefore it changed what I received from them as their therapist. The concept you see on the home page of Lumigrate, which is about YOU (the medical consumer) having the central 'spot' in your healthcare team and getting the best palate of providers and support around you (including g read more »

Fibromyalgia Awareness Day (May 12, 2009) at Lumigrate
We really hussled at Lumigrate to do our part with Fibromyalgia Awareness Days on Facebook today. We've made a lot of new friends ('Lumigrate Webucation' is our business page and 'Lumigrate.com' is our group on facebook) and were pleased to see them liking the 'Clip or Tip o' the Day' enough to 'Share' it so their friends could presumably be enlightened and entertained! read more »

facebook Friends! and email friends!
This past couple of weeks, I've enjoyed getting out onto facebook and talking with people who are active in groups about fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, and food allergies. I've not only wanted to talk with the people who have these conditions, but the therapists and medical providers who work with them. AND ..... read more »
