I belong to a lot of Facebook groups, and I'm selective and look for where the high level learners and doers are.  Today, they were rapidly finding this a wonderful article in a group focused on the aspect of 'mold'.  A really nice comment was how she loved her vagus nerve, and someone replied how just saying that was helping it.  read more »

I felt it was warranted to put a topic about GAPS(TM) at Lumigrate. I think coming up with GAPS as an acronym was one of the cleverest things ever, since the premise has to do with the healthy intestines being like a coffee filter and when damaged by various things, becomes like a sieve -- with gaps.  My original teacher about this would put hands together like you were doing 'where's the church and the steeple' and show that as tight in the finger notches, and then pull hands apart a bit to show the gaps / leaks.   read more »

Please open your minds about what 'autism' is if you've found this topic.  While this topic overall is about a brand new book focusing on children and the various symptoms and behaviors that end up being classified as "autism", creating this topic at this point in time in my process of unfolding information I relate at Lumigrate has to ultimately focus also about "the stuff" that is rampant in all of us.  read more »

A recent conference in Washington state, put on by "The Kinghardt Academy", has now taken place and has a great overview topic by the Better Health Guy's website. I'm hoping everyone who has an interest in chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain that is from fibromyalgia, MS, ALS, Parkinsons, Lewy body disease, Alzheimers, and autism, etc. is aware of this conference having taken place and the information that is available which has come from it.  read more »
