One-Moment Meditation: Learn to meditate quickly with this video cartoon FUN

Here's the link to a video on YouTube which I think is the best, fast 'primer' about meditation (or reminder/reviewer) I've seen.  In my work with patients when in insurance-based medicine as an occupational therapist, a typical evaluation / treatment was about collecting information about them and their getting to know me and my philosophy about how to get better or better at managing their condition, and then I'd teach them mindfulness meditation as if we could get them started on it the first day, then they'd be getting good at it within a week or two, depending upon how much they practiced.  And then they'd really be able to get in touch with their inner guide, that 'doctor inside of you which is the BEST medical provider and literally can then get YOU routed to the right providers and information, leading to your best results'.
