Deirdre posted a recipe in Lumigrate's recipes area on St Patrick's Day 2010 which Pablo Blanco made as soon as  showed it to him as he recognizes a great recipe when he sees one.  I had some of the salad later that week when we met and then ended up making it around Easter and it was EASY and wonderful.  I modified it to be organic frozen green beans and I add cilantro instead of parsley and maybe more than the recipe calls for by a LOT as I believe it is a natural chelator and since I've had as much mercury in me as a thermometer (), I like to work cilantro into the mix.  SO, I thought I'd set you up with the link to the recipe in the recipes section which is under Nutrition here at Lumigrate.  Ironically, this had exactly 100 views as of today (April 20th).  Let's see how many it gets from catching people's eyes HERE in Deirdre's Forum of FANTASTIC FOOD information!

Bon apetite ~~ Mardy
