MIT's Dr. Stephanie Seneff on Glyphosate: "Either it Goes Away Or We Go Away" - Our Hair Color, Our Lives, and Beyond!

Dr. Stephanie Seneff is becoming a big fish in a little pond of people who are wanting cutting-edge and truthful information with substantial enough research credentials supporting it to validate what other researchers are saying, in my opinion.  In this topic you'll be able to connect dots like your hair losing it's color to what's on your breakfast, lunch, or dinner plate.    read more »

Food Allergy Rates and Severities Rising Fast. Reasons Why and What to Do to Protect or Restore Your Well-Being

For anyone who is finding this forum and this topic, I encourage you to find the 'gut' forum, as well as a forum in the chronic fatigue/pain section that has a forum title that includes Dr Spurlock's name, as he provided fabulous overview information on a number of topics, and then the overall way he looks at how chronic illness occurs, which is the "load theory" model. That's simply 'the' starting point for anyone, well or unwell.  read more »

Genetic Modification vs. Hybridization of Foods: An Easy Breakdown and History of Monsanto. Plus: Why I Take This Seriously!

There are few topics more on the minds of American consumers today than food. That is not different than before, it's seemed we've been consumed with food, in one way or another, always. No pun intended. It is, after all, what fuels our bodies, and when done well, nourishes more than our bodies, as it can also positively affect the person's mind and spirit. When done not well, it can have a negative effect. That's making it pretty simple, and hopefully appealing to look at not only what you eat, but how you prepare what nourishes you, and even how you consume it.  read more »

Morgellon's Disease: Is it In the Skin? "In Your Head"? Topic at Lumigrate Leads YOUsers to Answers and Overlapping Conditions

Since Morgellon's Disease is known for the skin lesions, and is different from the other overlapping conditions that are more 'invisible' (Lyme, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, MS, lupus, etc.), the topic thread I initially created in 2013 and added onto it today in 2014 is in the aesthetics forum, but I wanted to create a topic here in this forum to route people to it if they 'put in here'. To clarify, the overlapping conditions have many of the same underlying reasons and have many of the same symptoms as well as some differences.  read more »

The UltraMind Solution (About the Gut/Brain/Body Connection) and Wheat Belly - Two Books Lumigrate Focused on in 2013

There was much enthusiasm at the start of 2013, more than I'd seen since the first New Year Lumigrate was in existence (which was 2010), related to people wanting to change their consumption/diet. Back when Lumigrate hit the Internet it was very unknown by most people I encountered online, which was mostly on Facebook at that time, that foods were "the" or "a primary" underlying CAUSE of most medical conditions. The medical industry had really routed our education, and that of our allopathic, insurance-based providers, to believe otherwise.   read more »

Wheat Belly, William Davis, MD; Video and Blog About Modern Day Wheat: History, Why it is Harmful, the Politics of AgriBusiness
This is a two-part overview I have prepared to answer the questions I have gotten in 2013 when I started 'back on a mission' about the consumption of 'modern day wheat' and it's effects on illness/wellness. I focus in this topic on William Davis, MD, author of Wheat Belly.  read more »
Find Time to Watch this GMO/nonGMO Movie: Genetic Roulette!

I cannot more highly recommend spending an hour and a half (1:25 actually) watching this excellent movie, Genetic Roulette, about GMO. I learned about it in a time where it was FREE at their website, which was intended to get interest up about it, and it generally is a $2.99 minimum donation to watch.  In my opinion, had I paid $2.99 I would have invested in information which is going to save me LOTS more money in the future, as well as the time and energy aspects of health problems.  read more »
