Supplementing What You Eat and Drink
When what you eat and drink doesn't 'give you enough of what you need', supplements come into play. This can be "vitamins and minerals" in the form of pills, capsules, and powders from the old 'one a day' concept of derived chemicals or newer whole food types. The info is all Printable to take with you to show others and help THEM learn what you know or be a reference for you in the future. (Don't forget your providers on that, they need to know of good information out there most of all!)
