Where Else to Look on Lumigrate re: Head/ Mind

Thank you for taking a look here and I hope you find lots of information at Lumigrate that helps you.  The blogs now are intended to be more about what's going on at Lumigrate and with Mardy, and the content of the initial year's blogs is now ALSO in the Forum areas. 

In the forum areas, any symptom you're interested in with this topic about head and mind is part of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, celiac diesease, so those are excellent Forums where most people put the most information.  This was originally a headache forum but after a year when nobody had written in it, we expanded it to be anything to do with the head.  You'll want to keep your eyes out for the blog post that was transferred to the Forum about adrenal fatigue.

Products tab gives you an idea of what kinds of products the experts that provided the seminars recommend and serves as a reference so you don't have to watch a video or go back and re-watch to find a resource you might have hard of in the seminar. 

Naturally, be sure to consider downloading a video (they're full topics, usually an hour -- several are free, the rest are low cost).  The free full barrel syndrome/ chronic illness video is only 20 minutes and is excellent to get you going in the right direction.  All the videos apply to things that have to do the the head and mind ... thyroid, supplements, detox/cleanse, food allergies.  And since we all need to learn how to do thing differently and change habits, Strategies for Lasting Change is FUN (Paula King's a sport psychologist too).
