Charlotte Iserbyt is a fascinating woman. I really resonated with this in particular, early on in a most interesting video interview with her: She kept being put in spots where change was occurring, and she'd find herself being pushed. And she eventually found herself being appointed under Ronald Reagan to be the Head of Policy for the Department of Education. And figuring a lot of things out and becoming a whistle blower.

Charlotte was not your typical education bureaucrat, however, and at the time Reagan took office, he was planning on abolishing the Department of Education, so they didn't shuffle the deck of who's who in the education hierarchy for what all the jobs in order to just have someone end up with an abolished position, so they appointed Charlotte.  She had done much work to help get Reagan elected. Once in the job, she was able to see the information that was on hand, and started studying and collecting it. She went on to write a book called The Secret History of Western Education: The Scientific Destruction of Minds.

And much happened in between those two events, and since.  She describes how she grew up in America not realizing things that others in the world understood about how the world worked. She married a Belgian, who knew of the Bavarian conspiracy and she was so surprised to find out he'd known these things and it hadn't come up until she started learning and bringing them up.

Hailing from Maine, where she was being interviewed in her home for the video I watched, which was provided by Alex Jones, who I don't OVERALL suggest for people as a resource (hence no link from this to that but you're aware if you want to find it -- it's a FASCINATING hour and fifteen minutes), she was born in 1930.  She relates of having a family that sounded my like my mother's at that time.

My mother was born about five years before Charlotte, but they both went to private colleges and had fathers that were engineers and were in secret societies. In Charlotte's case, her father had been in Skull and Bones, and she goes on to have another video (Part 2) via Mr Jones about that in addition to the one (Part 1) that I watched to get some background information on her.   She specified that he wasn't in the power structure of the organization, he just attended the group's meetings, and he was involved in local politics and was concerned about The Constitution.

Essentially, it's the stuff that Dan Brown might write of in a way. The tale was of the Carnegie Endowment that was to get control of education in the United States and they recruited the Rockefeller Foundation. She sited books such as "None Dare Call it Conspiracy", which was a book given to her by a woman when she was on the school board in Maine and unaware of anything besides what most people had been lead to believe about the education system.

She provides a very even toned and factual interview to say a lot of little things, like the Red Cross had not initially been an infiltrated organization but it is now. She tells of going to college and graduating in the Korean war era, and taking a trip on a ship where she was in 3rd class on a French ship. She met a number of Chinese and North Vietnamese who were escaping their homelands. She talked, and listened and learned.

"The weird things that happened", she goes on to say, where she happened to live in Grenada where she saw the harbor, and in five year's time saw much about what went on there because of what she happened to have a view of. She worked it in to say that "Grenada" was about protecting the oil pipelines of Rockefeller, not what was presented to the world's 'outsiders'/public.

She believes that the school her children were attending in Maine was a pilot school for the international communist regime. She believes that there were deliberate methods used for training kids to take drugs. She said that Bethel, Maine was headquarters of the movement from 1970 to 2000.  She states that students were to be identified early on, first grade for instance, what they would 'do' forever.

She discusses the names we remember from school -- Skinner, who studied under a Germain in the 1800's, Wilhelm Wundt. She stated that there was much about operant conditioning that had to do with 'mastering learning'. We had free will until the computer, she said. They're able to provide programs with the computer that essentially destroy the conscience, she stated.

She said this was the greatest horror story she ever encountered. At some point when she was in the Reagan era job at Department of Education, in what was the most important slot in the world for education, they started getting nervous about her being in it -- he'd planned to abolish the department and then was not doing that. So they had her go to a job at the National Institute of Education. Research is performed at NIE, so she saw more information there using Pavlovian, Skinnerian, operant conditioning and computers and work force training for the globalist economy ... "the corporate, fascist, socialist, communist government that's coming in right this minute" she said.

She talked about them studying the children in the Lansing, Michigan school district, first graders, pre and post first grade, about what goes on at home. "Some bureaucrats are like us, and care", she said, and she got the ear of a superior who gave her as much time as she needed to investigate for waste, fraud, and abuse. She spent six weeks doing that.

It was her opinion that anything coming out of Washington is a 'total Marxist brainwash' and it is the way of the future unless we stop it NOW. She was fired for leaking documents.  "Better Education Through Technology - What we at the federal level can control and manipulate" was a draft she found at that time.

She wrote Reagan a long letter and told him the Dept of Education is a Marxist factory designed to destroy any semblance of good values, academics, etcetera, and to make sure our children walk blindly int a Marxist/Socialist government. That is the goal of the Department of Education.

At the Deliberate Dumbing Down website, there is a PDF she said.  Here's the link to the website:

www.deliberatedumbingdown.com/

Her intention was to help Reagan abolish the department and return public education to local control without influence from the federal or international level.

She cites a 1985 book, Back to Basics Reform or Skinnerian International Curriculum: Necessary for participation in a socialist one world government plan for the early years of the twenty-first century. The book was boycotted. She warns that your children have no upward mobility, or it will be very unlikely with this system, it's fixed and is the end of freedom relative to what we have enjoyed historically in being able to have upward mobility. It is a planned economy and people at the top live very well by it.

Reagan signed with Gorbachev, in Geneva,  on an agreement to merge the two education systems. She fund-raised and took out an ad in the Washington Post and got no support, as the information was not supposed to get out there.

Five years later she wrote Soviets in the Classroom: America's Latest Education Fad, and nobody would publish it. But she got a call from NJ judge Bob Morris who was the new head of America's Future. So he learned the information she had to offer. She said the first agreement had been signed in 1958 by Eisenhower at the peak of the cold war. Recently there have been 'terrible agreements' made with China, she said.

She talks about if you elect a good person, they are surrounded and you need to let them know of any calls for regional government or consolidation, because regional merging and consolidation do NOT save money.

The US is the major country going to communism and the rest of the world will follow. "The Globalist System" is a totalitarian system. (From a book she read from, page 134, November 8, 1975 by Mirris Zeitlin in The Daily World). This is all based on the model of the European Union. "The North American Soviet" is what she thought or said Gorbachev would call the NA Union.

By consolidating and mixing city kids with country kids, drugs occur, she stated, and this is one of their desired outcomes. She said drugs and costs go up, and test scores go down with consolidation. You lose the elected officials from the local level and you pay more in every area.

She mentioned the Declaration of Interdependence, signed October 24, 1975 which reflected Kennedy's work.

She showed a blue book about social studies, plan for socialism of America. From 1934, she as the only copy of it.

She states her son's website is AmericanDeception.com.

If we think this is new what we see today, no, it isn't. It's Carnegie - Carnegie paid for the National Assessment. All schools have had to give this since 1965 via the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.

In 1933, the same Carnegie organization did an 8 year study, to 1941, with the Skinner method of results-based, performance-based work. It's 'what you can 'do' and not what you can think or create or know, such as history, etc.). This is for the workers needed for the global economy.

Carnegie funded The Education Commission of the States, which was in Denver. The senate education commission for your state will have one person who is on the education department of the state.

In 1985 Carnegie signed an agreement with the National Academy of Science to develop course-ware to develop critical thinking for elementary students at the same time as Reagan signed the agreement with Gorbachev to merge the two. Reagan, Gorbachev, Bush1 and Bush2 were influential in the school to work agenda. The beginning of the planned economy was under Reagan. The Iowa tests -- All Carnegie.

"Mandatory service" is another word to watch for. Charter schools are the vehicle to implement the planned economy, the have unelected school boards. They get federal money -- why no elected school board?

There was the Reese Committee Investigation, with a 3,000 page document. She purchased the only available copy, and the man had been offered by the head of a foundation 'any amount of money' to sell it to the foundation. He instead sold it to Charlotte for $3,000.

A certain few foundations were funding the overthrow of the U.S. The agenda comes from the White House, beginning with Eisenhower, and the agenda is the reform of education so America can comfortably merge with the Soviet Union. After WW1, there was opposition to this -- The League of Nations it was called then. Later it was successful (as "United Nations")

Carnegie and Rockefeller were with tax exempt funds, funding leftist propaganda organizations aimed at changing America through the BRAIN, not the BATTLEFIELD. Patriotism, national sovereignty, individual responsibility, and Christian beliefs were belittled, while the concepts of one world government, socialism, collectivism, and humanism were deemed essential for peace in the modern age.

(Look at the Lumigrate You model -- at the individual responsibility represented with this model, and think about how the conventional medical system that has come into domination in the 20th century does not encourage the patient/YOU to have that responsibility -- they don't even give you a copy of your medical records unless you go through hoops to get them, typically.  The Lumigrate YOU model is something the individual has to do as a medical consumer ON THEIR OWN (and with the help of anyone they can conspire with or have help from if needed or desired).

"Lines of credit, ropes of bondage" --- ooh, what a potent quote!

In 1910 the trustees asked if there was any way to alter life of an entire people. So after WW1 they figured they could do that by gaining control of the State Department. Then they figured if they could next control education systems, they maintained control of the change that was created from WW1.

CS Lewis said that if you substitute workforce training for education, it's the end of the conscience and the end of things. They make it so nobody can get between the child and the curriculum. And the way it works, it's like dog training. "Reward" for good deeds, it's operant conditioning. You won't take a stand for anything unless the government says to.

They pay teachers for merit/performance, and students for grades. (This made me think of going to the doctor or dentist and getting a sticker, toothbrush, etc.)

She cited a book from 1798 (yes seventeen ninety eight) by John Robison, a Scottish scholar and Freemason, titled Proof of a Conspiracy. He went to France and was shocked and gave a copy to George Washington after the French revolution.

Education is turned into a Cuban/Soviet system with the school to work programs; the children are trained like animals. She mentioned Reinventing Education, Maine at the end of the video .... which I really very much enjoyed watching and certainly encourage you to look it up and do so if you're interested. I hope this overview I've typed from notes I made as I watched are of benefit and this sheds some light on things.

For me, as it relates to The YOU Model and proactive patients, there are several parts of this which stand out and OVERALL makes sense with why we see the majority of people today not taking action on things that they learn about, or taking long delays before going from inactive to active. When people ask me about what's going on in the world and we discuss how much has come to light for me about these issues in the last year or two, they sometimes say 'I just stick with the facts in front of me that are concrete", and "there's nothing we can do about it anyway".

But ultimately the people do have the power, it just means that the vast majority of the people need to know what's REALLY going on, and then join with others and DO something ABOUT IT. So I am hopefully doing my part with this topic.

I sometimes 'dedicate' certain topics, or blog posts, as well as that day's work to create it to someone or a group of people. I was given a link by a former schoolmate who said 'since your mother was an educator....'. And I learned a lot from watching it, and a lot of things finally made more sense from what I experienced personally in history as the daughter of a public school educator. So I dedicate this to my mother, and I warmly thank the person who got me the link and all people who have somehow helped me to understand more about how the world REALLY works that I knew previously.

My mother was a teacher in the community that inspired the show "South Park", and it is said that the Mayor character is modeled after the principal who took over the elementary school's reins about the time co-creator Trey Parker would have been having his first glimpses of the role of principal in our rural elementary school.

My mother had been a teacher there since I was in the third grade, and she was allowed to teach what she believed needed to be taught. She had gotten some innovative education about learning disabilities and what causes them and how to help the student with doing activities, so she screened all students every year and would take the 1/3 of the group that needed that the most.

But then the principal-ship changed, and she was with The Mayor character demanding she not only stop doing that, but have pets in the room, and new bulletin boards all the time and things that distractible children just didn't need, in her opinion. She ended up having to retire early rather than be forced out otherwise, and that changed their plans for property in retirement and truly changed the direction of my life to this day. I'd maybe be living in New Mexico on a self-sustaining ranch which she bought about the time I learned how to drive (as I got to practice driving on the shopping trip.)

I hope that my short story here reflects upon the information in this topic to substantiate it, and to explain why I found it relevant to include for our YOUsers at Lumigrate.

More about Common Core - Interesting Website Resource

This was a topic at the 'government' tab at this website which I thought would be a good supportive article to guide YOUsers to. Check around the website, naturally, it has a lot of interesting things and is well organized.  www.occupycorporatism.com/home/long-term-effects-common-core-children/
