Water and It's Importance to Our Body

I would like to thank Mardy Ross for giving me the opportunity to share with her Lumigrate readers my story in my personal journey for better health. Thank you, Mardy. I understand Mardy is very concerned about the content on Lumigrate.com being valid, and she has verified with Christopher Lepisto, ND (seen on Lumigrate.com) and he stated his familiarity with this type of product being used in Japanese hospitals and therefore has encouraged me to add this to the forum area here.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to the people reading the Lumigrate forum areas for information, a pioneering water technology project that is changing people's lives around the world. Sometimes in our journey to find better health for ourselves we come across something that is so remarkable that we have to share it with others! I have found that to be true in the Enagic alkaline water machines out of Japan. But first my personal story that led me to this technology.

I have experienced the usual difficult and painful effects of fibromyalgia for over 30 years and, like so many of us, have literally felt like I tried everything under the sun that came along in my battle to improve my health! A year ago I felt like I was at the end of that road ... I had no idea where to turn next to try to relieve the chronic pain and fatigue that seemed to be gaining ground in its work to take more of my life. I was online and saw a little box talking about alkaline water and FM. I thought "why not" and clicked and began to read about this technology. I watched the incredible videos and read all I could find and thought "this is what I need to do". I already knew the benefits of trying to eat a more alkaline diet but that seemed so hard to maintain.

Well one thing led to another and soon my machine arrived! I thought "Okay, here we go" and decided to for at least a year to make no changes except the addition of this water. A month on the water and I began to notice when I went to bed at night I slept really well! I was able to stop the sleep aids that I had been on for at least 10 years! Then my energy level went up and the pain level went down. I thought "I can't believe this and all I am doing is changing my water!" I now know why advocates of this machine use the slogan "Change your water, Change your health." I am so happy I found this and now I can pass this on to others so they can see changes in their health too!

When I bought my machine I did not even know that now I would be able to sell them to others. I am not a salesperson and have been in different sales programs and got out because I didn't believe whole-heartedly in the product. Friends ... this is different. I believe so much in this product that I can tell you that it will change your health and you will not be sorry. Please do as I did look at the videos; follow the links on the product and the company and find out for your self.

I was skeptical and thought 'water ... what can water do?' but I tell you this alkaline water is amazing!! And it changes your health!! Ha! ... I am passionate about this because after 30 years I feel like I have a life again!!

The price range is wide enough that there should be a range that almost anyone can get into with. The company also has payment plans for those who wish to go that way.
