Water and It's Importance to Our Body

I'm setting this area up for people to contribute about the importance of water on the health of the body. I hope that Lumigrate has something specific about that soon; I know that Dr. Lepisto's 20 minute video ($0/free) titled 'Chronic Illness: Full Barrel Syndrome' and the full hour 'seminar' titled: 'Detoxification and Cleansing' (which is also $0/free and includes a full program you can follow on your own and the handouts come in a file to you for looking at on the screen or printing out too!).

Thanks, everyone, and as with the other areas of the forum, brand names are great to share, but please DO make it clear how to obtain the product or it's distribution route (such as 'retail stores, online, or multi-level marketing). I would like to thank Mardy Ross for giving me the opportunity to share with her Lumigrate readers my story in my personal journey for better health. Thank you, Mardy. I understand you are very concerned about the content on Lumigrate.com, which ventures into 'new and progressive' being valid, and appreicate that you verified with Christopher Lepisto, ND, who is seen on Lumigrate.com's videos, that he is familiar with this type of product being used in Japanese hospitals as an indicator of that country's respect for the relevance, and that you have thereforeencouraged me to add this to the forum area here since it is a topic many people are interested in the United States and around the world.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to the people reading the Lumigrate forum areas for information, a pioneering water technology project that is changing people's lives around the world. Sometimes in our journey to find better health for ourselves we come across something that is so remarkable that we have to share it with others! I have found that to be true in the Enagic alkaline water machines out of Japan. But first my personal story that led me to this technology.
I have experienced the usual difficult and painful effects of fibromyalgia (FM) for over 30 years and, like so many of us, have literally felt like I tried everything under the sun that came along in my battle to improve my health! A year ago I felt like I was at the end of that road ... I had no idea where to turn next to try to relieve the chronic pain and fatigue that seemed to be gaining ground in its work to take more of my life.
I was online and saw a little box talking about alkaline water and FM. I thought "why not" and clicked and began to read about this technology. I watched the incredible videos and read all I could find and thought "this is what I need to do". I already knew the benefits of trying to eat a more alkaline diet but that seemed so hard to maintain.
Well one thing led to another and soon my machine arrived! I thought "Okay, here we go" and decided to, for at least a year, make no changes except the addition of this water. A month on the water and I began to notice when I went to bed at night I slept really well! I was able to stop the sleep aids that I had been on for at least 10 years!
Then my energy level went up and the pain level went down. I thought "I can't believe this and all I am doing is changing my water!" I now know why advocates of this machine use the slogan "Change your water, change your health." I am so happy I found this and now I can pass this on to others so they can see changes in their health too!
When I bought my machine I did not even know that now I would be able to sell them to others. I am not a salesperson and have been in different sales programs and got out because I didn't believe whole-heartedly in the product. Friends ... this is different. I believe so much in this product that I can tell you that it will change your health and you will not be sorry. Please do as I did look at the videos; follow the links on the product and the company and find out for your self.
I was skeptical and thought 'water ... what can water do?' but I tell you this alkaline water is amazing!! And it changes your health!! Ha! ... I am passionate about this because after 30 years I feel like I have a life again!!
The price range is wide enough that there should be a range that almost anyone can get into with. The company also has payment plans for those who wish to go that way.
All the talk on health care these days, I tell you "this is my program!!!" Thank you for letting me share my story! To better health one glass at a time !!

Again, as Lumigrate's Mardy Ross has reported after checking with her naturopathic resource, he was well aware of the extensive use of this technology in Japanese hospitals and also noted that his experience with patients has been that sometimes these helpful yet bigger ticket purchases are out of reach or only are part of the bigger picture of all the things a person can do with integrative medicine to improve what they are putting into their body. As I said the product price range and payment plans should provide an option for most everyone. Think of it as part of your preventive health care program!
