Mitch-in-the-Kitchen
It's great to be a part of Lumigrate. Mardy and I went to High School together in a small mountain town in Colorado. After 30 years, we connected again, through facebook, and have established a fun friendship. We have common interests in food, nutrition, and health.
I tell people Mitch-in-the-Kitchen is a "food blog." However, my blog isn't just about recipes (though there are some very good recipes on there). It's about food and all matters related to food (though sometimes I have to stretch it a bit to make it fit into that category). I hope you have fun reading my blog and I hope you continue supporting Lumigrate.
Thank you,
Mitch Romo

I am so very pleased to read Mitch's blog now that it's been up and accumulating what he shares. He talked about his coffee bups in such an entertaining way, for instance! And he walked us through how we might print out a cooking resource and organize it for our handy use, even mentioning MY favorite office supply company, Office Max.
To me, Mitch's Kitchen is a wonderful place to learn, because I've been on a learning adventure since1995 about eating differently once I realized after having food allergies testing done (the IgG kind, as are covered in the Lumigrate video). Then when I attended every seminar that Dr. Lepisto did, and Dr. Rollins, I learned more. Now I can stay home and learn from Deirdre Rawlings, ND, PhD, Lumigrate's Featured Expert on nutrition.
I used to really enjoy cooking and when I have someone to cook with or for, I still do ... so it's FUN to be inspired by Mitch, and others who blog about food that are part of Lumigrate's Grate Group (that comes and writes in Lumigrate then reads and learns, links out to their blogs, etc.) ... OH, and the Grate Group keeps it active on facebook on our facebook fan pages (there are currently three -- please join one or all!)
