Fluoride-Free Do It Yourself (DIY) Toothpaste - Easy to Make and It Works GRATE!
I have long used a well-known 'alternative' brand of toothpaste, which provides both fluoride-added and fluoride-free versions, because I thought it was good for you. I recently came across a very simple toothpaste recipe that I thought sounded good. So I went and read what was in my commercial, 'health food' toothpaste and was shocked! It had titanium dioxide and sodium laurel phosphate. OMG! What crap! read more »

SWIGgy Photography Session: Many Hands, Light Work! Facebook Played a Key Role!
Safe Water is Great (SWIG) has it's 'Official' photograph now, taken this weekend by Ronda Hummel, with Dominic Jones lending a hand as well as being 'in the queue' to shoot the photos if all our schedules didn't come together and allow Ronda to 'capture the magical moment' as she did. Our schedules BARELY merged, but it all came together, as usual!
