December 23; Finances on the Minds AND in Lumigrate.com's Forum on FMS

It snowed here last night and I was out talking to a neighbor who was shoveling snow and naturally got to talking about Lumigrate's progress and she said the woman across the way in the past had fibromyalgia.  I told her about the other things besides pain and then how there is much that can be done for pain and much that is frequently done that isn't as best as it could be on that topic and all that we have going on that can offer more solutions for people, hopefully reducing costs and increasing effectiveness and satisfaction. 

I then returned to the website and found someone writing in with a question and asking if Lumigrate has a mechanism to help pay for their medications.  The person quoted the EXACT same amount / month/ year as I had just disclosed to my neighbor as my previous medication and medical bills.  SO that to me was significant and worthy of a blog, eh?

So I created a new area in Lumigrate.com for YOU to go and write your thoughts on this.  The other thing that the writer had said was that they have to decide what they think is the best choice of all the medications which have been prescribed by the doctor at a large nation-wide treatment center business with the focus on fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.  Realize the username you use to register with the website is how others will see you if you post and if you want to have your name recognized, as many do if they're business people and providers or activists in the movement about fibromyalgia, you can make that reflective.  If you want anonymity make a username that disguises who you are.  Some people have one of both.  The main purpose of the Forum area is to get the collective brains in the world who are interested in the type of integrative and progressive health information Lumigrate promotes discussing and moving the Forums forward to literally shape and create what Lumigrate will become in the next minute.  Minute after hour after day after month and then years hopefully.  But if someone really wants to send a message privately, that function is there in the website.  We appreciate everyone reading here, writing, and PRINTing (see little button in these areas -- they print out AWESOME looking), talking to others, getting the word out and more GRATE people coming here to provide information.  Providers and consumers -- we all can be experts in making the changes!

Please remember there are blogs recently about where to go in Lumigrate.com if you're interested in info on FMS.  There is a blog a couple months ago to guide people to how to download as it IS easy but for those who have never done it, they might not be learning from our videos only because they don't think they can!  (Again, three of the 8 videos are $0.00; the others are $20 and those are all an hour-ish, unlimited # of views for years, and come with another file that is the handouts... it's like attending a class about your health for the cost of a movie .. make your own popcorn and healthy drink at home and spend your time on your health this Christmas and New Year maybe!).  Let's hang together and make 2010 a year of change for MORE people.
