Vitamin D - Link to Forum re: Colds/Flu has GRATE Info

I encourage you to follow to it; it's had a good # of reads. I also am tacking on supportive links about vitamin D that I find there, to have it all in one place for now.  (Sometimes it's a toss up as to which area to post a piece in and then link to it from the other pertinent areas where people would look.) There are many pieces in that forum -- you can see them by clicking on the link on the farthest right side above the area you are reading.  

You'll see it here as well ... on the left is 'home', then 'forums' and it goes across as a 'trail' to get to this piece.  So the most direct one 'up' from the one you're reading is the rightmost one.  (I know many know that, it's just that if one doesn't, it makes navigating difficult so I try to include it here and there for our more novice website navigators so they LOVE coming to Lumigrate to learn).
