Bundles of Love, or FOR Love

I wanted to share a few things in the blog that are not yet listed in the forums -- that will be the next step, if nobody reaches out to me from seeing the blog, and purchases them before I have time to add them in the forums.  It will be the results of the outing I made after I posted the previous blog thread, about Valentine's Day.  This one has no story to it, it's just about jewelry.

Vintage Sarah Coventry "Frosted Flowers" bracelet, is vintage 1960's, and appears to be rarely worn.  The gold tone metal material is of a nice weight and edges are rolled and very comfortable to the wearer. The "frosted feathers" are silvery and textured and give the appearance of many small diamonds as it catches and reflects the light.

The pearl in this necklace is a natural, cultured pearl, and the surrounding 14 diamondlike gemstones are created by man, and are very reflective.  The gold tone semi circles cradling the pearl give the image of floating, perhaps amid two loving hands. This looks to be inspired by Joseph Cleary, from the 1950s, from my Internet research.

The necklace (18") is in like-new condition, and the bracelet (7.25") appears to have rarely, if ever, been worn, there's one small mark on the inside of the clasp, which is an extremely strong and well-designed clasp. Otherwise it looks like it just came from the Sarah Coventry factory in the 1960's!

This set, beautiful as can be together, is $40 and shipping* is included.   Presently, there's a bracelet, solo, for this price on one of the known jewelry platforms, another at $25, and so I'm providing the quality and complementary necklace with the bracelet for $40.  I hope you feel that's a good deal for a great set.

ADD THESE EARRINGS, or purchase separately.  If purchasing the set, add $10, solo, $25* (includes shipping).  These are actually very unique in that there's a "diamond" in one of the pushbacks / friction backs, as you can see in the first photo.  There are larger ones in each center front, set nicely in this rather mysterious set of earrings.  I could not find comps, the quality is very good, and there are no marks to identify metal or maker.  They're a fantastic purchase on their own, but I wanted to offer them to be included with the bracelet and necklace if desired.

This next trio marries two quality, known, costume jewelry brands for a FUN set, priced as I am doing as a SPECIAL from the blog, at $50.  New, the necklace sells for $85, to provide a point of reference.  This is a really unique set, for those that love butterflies and flowers.

These designer signed "NWH" rose gold tone faceted rhinestone and lucite clip on, or "huggie" earrings were the perfect complement to a Betsey Johnson necklace and bracelet I purchased and had already listed in the Forums' jewelry area here at Lumigrate.  I'll compose "sets" like this, when I have things that appear to go well together.

These would make a very novel gift for anyone, because they won't have something quite like them.  I think they're really pretty, and the craftsmanship of both brands is very good.  Costume jewelry became a term a long time ago because of jewelry like these more modern, or barely vintage, pieces.  Here is a close up of the bracelet, showing the enamel and man made crystals.  Below, the necklace.

As you can see, my most recent piece, the earrings, photographed just today, has a white background.  I shot the initial pictures on slate, outside, then went to granite inside using natural light, and I have moved on to plain ol' white background using a mixture of natural and artificial light.  So this set is represented in photographs differently.   You're getting to come along with me in a "work in progress".  Thank you!

Lucky Brand signed, silvertone metal layered necklace with adjustable chain, gives the option of 19" to 21" wear length with 2 stops between.  The upper layer is a silvertone pendant is adorned with simple flowers, one larger in the center and nine smaller surrounding; design identical on reverse side.  The lower layer is a faceted pink quartz pendant, which of course fits with love and valentines, as much as the flowers on the other pendant.  There is a groove in the center facet of the stone on the side I turned up for this photo, that appears to have been from before the quartz was faceted, but it made it's way through Lucky Brand's process when new. This piece was worn a bit in the past, but is in good enough shape for me take interest in it because I find it an appealing necklace in good-to-keep-going shape!  Naturally, many seek pink quartz for it's properties as a stone.

HOW TO ORDER: TEXT OR CALL ME, below is my actual local "calling card" I provide that's helpful for those with low vision (an increasing problem), and a bot-proof phone number for you to call.  I accept checks, though it adds time, of course, before I can ship.  Zelle from your bank to mine, or with a card, I have Square.  I can talk with you about other jewelry I have to offer, and send photos.  I have a lot more than what I've had time to post on Lumigrate.  But this blog, today, has everything except one piece that will go with the upcoming Amethyst / February birth stone blog.  I look forward to your contacting me and having some of this lovely jewelry go your way or to someone you're gifting.  Grate~Fully, Mardy
