Optimists pay attention to the solution, while other people can get stuck on the problem.
I think that optimism comes from within. It reflects your belief system and attitude towards everything that occurs around you. I don’t ignore bad news and I am realistic about areas where I know that improvements would help me. Optimism, for me, is choosing how I "frame" events and where I focus my energy.

The people who bounce back from adversity are resilient and optimism is one of their key tools. I believe that it makes good sense to spend your energy on possibilities instead of what did not happen for you.
