Let's Talk Detox! Detox and Cleanse to Refresh and Renew, Christopher Lepisto, ND (naturopath)

Many people who hear that there is a video about cleansing on Lumigrate say they've tried something with a lot of water and lemons or products involved in the past and to that I respond 'that's too bad that people think THAT is what detox and cleansing is about', because this full hour seminar that comes with handouts in a separate file, watchable for unlimited times for years to come for a small price, is actually less than most of those products people have paid in the past related to cleansing.  He does give you ideas of things the organs benefit from during a cleanse by supplementing, and our Products page actually routes you to see what those products are and give you options of where you can buy them .... anyone on the Internet then can 'do' on their own!  

As always, we look forward to the discussions here that might encourage other to take the time, energy and small price potentially to learn and start investing in their health care here in this way.
