Chronic Illness: Full Barrel Syndrome with Dr. Christopher Lepisto (Naturopath)

 Mardy, I couldn't agree with you more. Another great video, by Dr. lepisto. Well explained, again, in terms I could understand.

 When Dr. Lepisto started talking about being exposed to different toxins and it could make your barrell run over, it hit me. What I've been saying all along. I've written before about being exposed to something at the river near my house and suddenly came down with Urticaria and Asthma. Out of nowhere, all of a sudden I was what I call, allergic to myself.. Don't know if everyone remembers the movie "the boy in the bubble" but that's what I felt like.. My question finally answered.

 Then I also find myself relating to the woman that had a cough and they not only tried different herbs and such, but also addressed her mind and spirit. And how her issues had something to do with how she was dealing a situation she was dealing with. And another big moment came to me. Just how much I thought I had dealt with the passing of my mother and reality. And how it has really affected me and my health.

 This is another video, I recommend to everyone. Right now, I'm in awe... Watching this video helped me more than I ever imagined it would. Talk about releasing.... Thank you, and again thank you....

I thank you for writing, Faye.  You not only invested your time to download and watch a video, but then to take the time to come and write here, which I hope will help others to determine if they are going to take the time to do the same. 

And I agree on the Plastic Bubble reference -- in the first few years of my descent into chronic illness when my barrel got full, to use Dr. Lepisto's analogy, I felt the same way.  I hope that the video has made you appreciate that it wasn't JUST what you experienced that one day when things 'spilled over', it was ... well, basically everything that was a deficit to your life up to that point and that was just the drop that made the barrel spill over.

I truly hope that with the information here that you and many, many others will make a recovery like I have, Faye.  I was out there kind of feeling my way in an abysss with not as much information as is out there now, and I certainly want to just consolidate it here and bring the latest and greatest and fastest to understand here for you and others to utilize. Had someone like Dr. Lepisto been in my path 15 year ago, with all that is known today about fibromyalgia as he and so many here convey to us, it would have been SO much easier.

It has been wonderful to listen to Dr. Lepisto explain the Full Barrel Syndrome and to start implementing some of his suggestions in my daily life. I am fortunate to be able to attend his classes, as we are both dedicated to our patients' and clients' wellness concerns.

A small world here in the Grand Valley ... we work a block away from each other and are able to have serendipitous encounters since we met at one of his classes that I attended with Mardy this spring about detox and cleanse, subjects which are imprortant in relation to healthy skin.
